Dodge Viper: The Dominant Racing Machine

On the street, you’re lucky to catch a glimpse of a Dodge Viper. Competitors on the track feel the same way. Built to dominate, the Viper’s winning tradition is rich for a vehicle so young. Starting in 1995, Viper took ninth in its class at the 24 hours of Daytona. Just four years later, it took first in class and first overall. In the American Le Mans series, Team ORECA Vipers took the championship in both 1998 and 1999 and the FIA World Championship in 1999 and 2000.

At the dawn of the 21st century, Viper continues to rewrite the record books. In 2004, Viper took the SCC A World Challenge Championship. 2004 and 2006 brought Viper a Championship in Formula Drift. In 2010, Viper has already driven away with first place at the World Challenge Race in Long Beach. And tomorrow? Wherever premier sports cars gather, Dodge Viper will be there to school them all.
